The sponge becomes 1.5x bigger upon contact with water and evenly releases moisture to create a moist and firm makeup look. The dual effect makeup sponge provides either dewy coverages with a wet sponge, resulting in a luminous and glowing finish or a matte coverage with a dry sponge, resulting in a semi-matte finish.
