This is Oxide Red from the Surfacer Series. Oxide Red is a color inspired by the rust inhibitor used on tanks. This surfacer can be used in place of a primer to treat the surface, or it can be used as a rust color as it is. It also has a primer effect, which improves the paint’s adhesion.
